In this capacity he oversaw “E! True Hollywood Story”, “E! News with Ryan Seacrest”, “E Live on the Red Carpet”, “Fashion Police”, plus the groundbreaking “Talk Soup”. His first production was the “Anna Nicole Show”, which debuted on the E! Network in August of 2002, and broke his own record as the largest single night rating in the history of the network. Shore was elevated to Vice President, Development for E!. From 1996 until 1999 he executive produced over 250 episodes of the ground-breaking series, earning three national Emmy nominations, as well as 4 Prism awards, an Imogen citation and a GLAAD award. It was the highest non live-event rated show in E! 's history. He created, developed, produced, wrote and directed the first True Hollywood Story, entitled “The Stalking and Murder of Rebecca Schaeffer, The E! True Hollywood Story”. Shore joined E! Entertainment Television as a producer. From 1992 to 1994 he was a producer for Hard Copy at Paramount Productions, as well as Extra (WB) and produced/wrote the series Our Town, a celebrity travel show, for Riverstreet Production. In 1991, he signed on as a staff producer on Entertainment Daily Journal at Fox Television, and produced/directed the home video documentary A History of Burlesque for PEL productions. The show was subsequently picked up for syndication by Twentieth Century Television. Shore produced his first television series, "Pump It Up", for Fox Television. Shore produced, wrote and supervised the editing of promos for Columbia Pictures Television. In 1984 he worked at the ABC network as a live show producer. Shore found his first position in television on the show You Asked For It. In addition, his screenplay, “Heartstopper” was purchased by Morgan Creek Productions, a subsidiary of Warner Brother’s studio. ![]() As a playwright, his scripts “Cat Killer” debuted at the Regent Theatre, and “Act of Contrition” was a finalist for the national Jean Harris Playwriting Award.
